Soccer camps coaches arrival
coaches coaching summer camps should arrive in time to ensure our fields are set up no later than 8:40 am. campers should walk into camp fields already set up and stations already marked off for the camp day.
coolers must have ice by 8:40 am
goals/fields marked off - 8:40 am
tents must be set up (Only park slope camps, carroll park camps, and red hook camps can allow tents) - 8:40 am
flags must be assembled - 8:40 am
coaches will wait in their designated field areas - 8:50 am
camp always starts at - 9:00 am
checking in players at camps?
one coach will be responsuble for checking in all campers. coaches are asked to take periodic head count after every major water break to ensure all players are accounted for.
please use provided online link to submit your daily attendance.
please highlight if any kids are absent.
packing up fields ?
all equipment must be packed back in the manner that they were given to all coaches.
no items should be left on field.
all water bottles should be thrown out.
entire field should be clean with 0 rubbish in site.
afterschool coaches arrival
fields must always be set up 15 minutes before the start of any class. ALL EQUIpment should be properly organized before classes kick off.
coaches must show players where to rest their belongings.
coaches must keep close eye on all kids.
checking in players at camps?
coaches must take online attendance and submit to club each session. any child that is absent should be notified to club before classes start.
afterschool pick up ?
coaches must arrive to all assigned schools 5-10 minutes before dismissal. any late arrivals will result in coaches being removed from the afterschool pick up and coaching for that particular day.
afterschool equipment ?
coaches will be responsible for carrying their own equipment. this includes:
ball bag
balls
cones
pennies
custom sweat f.c goals
if your pennies are ever wet you are responsible for washing these before your next practice. If you lose any equipment you will be required to reimburse the club.
coaches are expected to walk with their own equipment starting july 6th 2024.

toddler’s coaches arrival ?
coaches must ensure field space for all toddler activities are ready to go 15 minutes before the start of class.
banners or flags set up - 15 minutes before
field set up/equipment organized - 15 minutes before.
